On the short list of college football's greatest quarterbacks, Frazier led the Huskers to back-to-back national titles in 1994 and '95 and was 33-3 as a starter. In the 1996 Fiesta Bowl against Florida, Frazier ran for 199 yards and two touchdowns and passed for 105 yards and a touchdown in a 62-24 win.
