Mitch Williams
Williams wore the famed 99 for three years, including a memorable 1993 season when he was part of a Phillies team that won the National League pennant. He was the pitcher on the wrong side of one of baseball's most memorable homers: Joe Carter's World Series-winning blast in the bottom of the ninth of Game 6 of that year's Series. His 192 career saves ranks 39th on the all-time list.
