It had been almost four years since Vitali Klitschko stepped away from the ring and vacated his WBC heavyweight title. But on Oct. 11, he took another stab boxing, agreeing to fight the then-No. 2 heavyweight of the world, Samuel Peter. "Dr. Ironfist" lived up to his nickname as he unleashed a slew of jabs and hard rights to down Peter by TKO in the eighth. With the win, Klitschko reclaimed his belt and made history -- never before had two brothers owned two world titles (his brother Wladimir is the IBF and WBO champ).
