From the lame to the outrageous, Super Bowl halftime shows have wowed, bored and stunned. Halftime entertainment has come a long way since the University of Arizona and Grambling State marching bands took to the field for Super Bowl I, which didn't come close to selling out (and wasn't even called the Super Bowl -- yet).
