David Robinson, who will be inducted into the Hall of Fame on Sept. 11, spent four years at Navy before being selected by the San Antonio Spurs with the No. 1 pick in the 1987 NBA draft. After completing his two-year commitment to the Navy, the Admiral joined the Spurs in 1989.
