Lance Armstrong

On Oct. 2, 1996, Lance Armstrong was diagnosed with testicular cancer that had spread to his lungs, abdomen and brain. By January 1998, his cancer was in remission and he already begun training again for the Tour de France. What followed was the greatest comeback story of all time as Armstrong, after beating cancer, went on to beat the entire field for seven-consecutive Tour de France titles.
