I told Jay Cutler when he arrived to the Bears, "This game is important and you need to know what you're getting into." He just kind of looked at me like, Mills doesn't know what he's talking about. But after he played in that first game and then the following year I went and talked to him again, he said, you're right, that game's a different game and you need to respect it.
