Notable NBA All-Star Game MVPs

Bob Cousy scored 10 of his 20 points in overtime, led the East to a 98-93 victory and wrestled the All-Star MVP award away from Jim Pollard. Pollard, the game's high scorer, was named MVP before the game went to overtime. But after Cousy's overtime performance, they held a re-vote, and Cousy became the MVP.
