Sports Figures With Their Own Statues

Earlier this week, a statue portraying Zinedine Zidane's famous head-butt to Italy's Marco Materazzi was erected in front of Paris' Centre Pompidou Modern Art Museum. Though the incident was not France's proudest moment, exhibit organizer Alain Michaud called the statue "an ode to defeat." In honor of Zidane, here is a look at other sports figures with their own statues.
