Jean Beliveau was the first hockey player to appear on the cover of Sports Illustrated. The 13-time All-Star won 10 Stanley Cup Championships in his 18-year career with the Montreal Canadiens. Beliveau won two Hart Memorial Trophies (MVP) in 1956 and '64, one Art Ross Trophy (Top Point Scorer) in 1956, and one Conn Smythe Trophy (Playoff MVP) in 1965.
