28. Emeka Okafor

The No. 2 pick in the 2004 draft, Okafor has been a dependable presence on the boards for both the Bobcats and the Hornets. He joins the Wizards this season and can opt out of his $14.5 million contract for next season. Okafor wouldn't get nearly that much annually as a free agent, but if the soon-to-be 30-year-old plays well he might prefer to exchange that high salary for a multi-year deal.
