Wow, what a finish. It was a classic duel between the world's No. 1 player and an unheralded underdog, which came down to a three-hole playoff to determine the PGA Championship winner. Tiger Woods rallied with birdies on Nos. 17 and 18 to force the playoff and then held off an unflappable Bob May to end one of the greatest single major championship seasons ever recorded.
