The San Jose Earthquakes completed a remarkable journey from worst to first Sunday. Canadian international Dwayne DeRosario scored a golden goal six minutes into overtime to give the Earthquakes a 2-1 victory over the Los Angeles Galaxy in an all-California MLS Cup at Columbus Crew Stadium. It was San Jose's first MLS Cup win and L.A.'s third loss in as many tries.
