Tag Drill: Gather half of the workout group in a circle, with the other half inside of the circle. Designate one person as "it" and have that person run and tag another person. For the person who is "it," it is important to focus on cutting down angles and keeping the body low. Like a defender trying to make an open-field tackle, he should avoid lunging or chasing. For the person being pursued, it's just as important that he concentrate on keeping his feet moving and his hips fluid. He should maintain proper balance so he's able to smoothly cut left or right without losing much speed. Once the person who is "it" tags another person, the tagged person must pursue somebody else. Play for 10 to 15 minutes.
