Sprint-Shuffle Cone Drill: Set up four cones in a straight line, with each cone 10-12 yards apart. Sprint from first cone to the second, shuffle from second cone to third and sprint to last cone. Repeat the drill, starting from the opposite direction. Do four reps (or two reps down and back).
