Shuffle Cone Drill: Set up four cones in a straight line, with each cone five yards from the other. Starting with the first cone, chop feet and complete a clockwise circle around the cone. After finishing a complete circle, shuffle to the next cone, slow down, chop feet and complete another clockwise circle. Repeat the drill for the final two cones and start it over by beginning with the fourth cone. Do four reps (or two reps, down and back).
