The third day of swimming competition at the 2000 Summer Olympics saw another world record fall by the pool. Dutchman Pieter van den Hoogenband set a record while beating Australian golden boy Ian Thorpe in the 200-meter freestyle. Also, two more Americans, Lenny Krayzelburg and Megan Quann, picked up gold medals. Click on the photos for more action at the Sydney International Aquatic Centre.
