Going out in style

Douillet, Yuan win gold in final judo events

The judo competition at the Sydney Games ended Friday night with individual honors going to France and China. But the big winner was Japan, which as a nation won four golds. In the final events, Frenchman David Douillet, a 1996 gold medalist, won the 100-plus kilogram category, and Yuan Hua of China won the women's 78-plus kilogram gold.
