Vince Carter and his mates on the U.S. men's basketball team should -- barring a huge upset -- be wearing gold medals on Sunday night.

So long, Sydney, and farewell, NBC: After a 19-day marathon of Olympic television coverage, the 2000 Games come to an end at Sunday night's Closing Ceremonies. NBC hits the air at noon with plenty of action, including highlights of the gold-medal lock U.S. men's basketball team, the men's volleyball gold medal game, and boxing and wrestling finals. Alas, the closing festivities concluded well before most of you awoke -- but NBC is set to serve up a tape-delayed version during its prime-time telecast.
