- Career Highlights: Vetter could easily be considered the best college goaltender in women's hockey history. From 2005-09, she played in four
consecutive national title games with Wisconsin, leading the Badgers to three wins. Vetter closed out her college career having
set school and NCAA career records with 91 wins, 39 shutouts and a .941 save percentage. In 2008-09, she won the Patty Kazmaier
Award _ given annually to the nation's most outstanding NCAA Division I women's hockey player _ after setting an NCAA single-season
record with 14 shutouts including one in the national championship game as she stopped 37 shots in a 5-0 rout of Mercyhurst.
In 2006, Vetter became the first freshman to be named most outstanding player of the NCAA Women's Frozen Four. She won a silver
medal in 2007 and golds in 2008 and 2009 with the US women's team. Has a 1.64 goals-against average and nine wins including
three shutouts in 16 career games with Team USA.
