Career Highlights: Zabolotnaya will be headed back to the Olympics for the first time since 2004 in Athens. In Greece, she won a silver medal in the 75-kilogram class with a lift of 272.5 kilos to set a world record that was matched later in the Games. Zabolotnaya has won three silver medals in a six-year span at the world championships. She had won gold medals each year at the European Championships between 2008 and 2010 before settling for silver last year. In December, she set a world record at the Grand Prix President’s Cup in her home country with an aggregate lift of 296 kilos.
