she took silver in the cross-country event, finishing 41 seconds behind Sabine Spitz of Germany. Wloszczowska began her career
in 1997; two years later she won gold at the Polish Junior Championship and was quickly named to the national team. After
her performance in Beijing, she’s continued her success and comes into London with plenty of momentum. She swept gold at both
the 2010 World Cup and world championships, and added a silver at the worlds one year later.
