Career Highlights: Originally a beach volleyball player, Bartman helped the Poland national squad claim an Olympic berth with a runner-up finish at the 2011 World Cup in Tokyo despite suffering a leg injury in the final against Russia. The opposite hitter made his debut for the national team in 2008 and was a member of the 2009 European Championship-winning squad Gazprom Surgut ZSK in Russia. At the World Cup, Bartman finished ninth in scoring with 152 points and ninth with a 49.45 percent success rate, converting 135 spikes on 273 attempts. At the club level, Bartman plays for Polish side Jastrzebski Wegiel.
