Giorgio Cagnotto took home bronze from Moscow in the 3m springboard. Tania Cagnotto has won bronze in the 3m springboard at
the World Championships in 2009, 2007 and 2005, and won silver along with Francesca Dallape in synchronized 3m springboard
at the 2009 World Championships in Rome. She has 10 career gold medals from European Championships, eight coming in springboard
events. This is the fourth Olympic Games for Cagnotto, who made her debut at age 15 in the Sydney Games in 2000, placing 18th
in the 3m springboard. She's also competed in the 10m platform in the two most recent Olympics, with her best finish in any
event a fifth-place showing in the 3m springboard in 2008 at Beijing.
