Career Highlights: Qiushuang turned in a strong 2011 season in which she won the bronze medal on the uneven bars at the world championships,
came in fifth in the all-around and added a bronze in the team competition. She also captured the overall World Cup title
last year, clinching it by winning the all-around competition at the Tokyo World Cup in November. Qiushuang was impressive
in measuring herself against elite competitors at the American Cup in March 2011, placing fourth behind Americans Jordyn Wieber
and Aly Raisman and Russia's Aliya Mustafina. She also put together a solid 2010 season as she took fourth place in all-around
at the worlds, won golds in vault and team competition at the Asian Games and took gold in uneven bars at the Pacific Rim
championships. Qiushuang is ranked third in the world on bars and fifth on floor exercise and balance beam.
