Career Highlights: Cebi is a two-time world champion who just missed out on a third straight title when he lost in the finals of the 2011 world championships to Roman Vlasov. He won a bronze medal at the 2009 European championships and finished fifth at the same event in 2011. Cebi won back-to-back World University titles in 2005 and 2006 and also was the 2002 European junior champion. Along with Vlasov, Cebi is considered one of the top contenders for the gold medal in London.
