Career Highlights: Sanchez will be heading to London for her second Summer Games appearance, and will need just a slight improvement from her last Olympic outing to step onto the medal podium. She finished fifth in the sprint in Beijing and is again considered a strong contender in the event this summer. Sanchez finished second at the 2011 European championships in the keirin and third at the worlds. One year earlier, she finished first in the team event and sixth in the keirin at the Euros, and 10th in the sprint at the worlds.
