Career Highlights: Kauzer will be making his second Olympic appearance after finishing 13th in the K-1 event at the 2008 Games. He entered the semifinals in the lead before a dismal run dropped him out of medal contention. Kauzer has plenty of international experience, winning the World Cup in 2009 and 2011 and claiming five gold medals at the European championships. He ensured his spot in London by winning gold at the world championships in November, reclaiming the title after also winning in 2009.
