Career Highlights: A first-time Olympian, Chamley-Watson outlasted two others at the Division I national championships in April to punch his ticket to London, where he will be competing in the city where he lived until he was 9. A member of five senior world championship teams, Chamley-Watson placed fifth in the individual competition of that event in 2010. He won team gold at the Pan American Games last year and earned an individual bronze at the national championships, along with a seventh-place finish at the Seoul World Cup. He started fencing when he was in fourth grade.
