Reed Kessler
Sport: Equestrian
Nation: United States of America
DOB: July 9, 1994
Hometown: Lexington, KY
Career Highlights: Age and experience are two factors that Kessler does not have on her side, but she has still seen incredible success. Kessler
won the Show Jumping Hall of Fame Junior Jumper Championship at the FTI Winter Equestrian Festival in 2010. She then competed
in Europe during the spring and summer of 2011, and started to make a name for herself on the racing scene. She had numerous
victories, including two at CSIOY Lamprechtshausen as part of the victorious Nations Cup Team and the Young Rider Grand Prix
with Onisha and Ligist, respectively. In 2012, Kessler was finally able to compete in the senior ranks and tied with legend
Margie Engle to share the USEF National Show Jumping Championship title. With Cylana, the pair won the national title, finishing
first in the USEF Selection Trials for the U.S. Show Jumping Team. She will be riding Cylana in London and will look to continue
her success at such a young age by bringing home a medal. Kessler serves as a JustWorld International Ambassador as well.
