Career Highlights: Logan qualified for the 2012 Olympics in pairs with Erin Cafaro, but both wanted the chance to help the Americans win their second straight Olympic gold medal in eights. Logan was on the 2008 eights crew in Beijing that was named the world rowing female crew of the year. The Boothbay Harbor, Maine, native won gold with the eights at the 2011 world championships as the U.S. defended its title for the fifth time. Logan was also on the 2010 crew after winning silver in the four at the 2009 worlds. She won bronze in the eights at the 2007 U-23 worlds after finishing fourth in that event two years earlier at the world juniors. Logan, who started her rowing career in 2003 at the Brooks School, graduated from Stanford in 2011.
