Career Highlights: At the age of 21, Dries is a newcomer to the Olympics but has already proven a star in college water polo, where she scored
35 goals for Stanford as a freshman in 2010, and earned MVP honors at the NCAA championships the following year while leading
the Cardinal to a national title. Dries has also shown keen scoring ability since joining the national team, ranking second
for the US with 10 goals at the 2011 FINA World Championships, and scoring eight more at both the 2011 Pan American Games
and the 2012 FINA World League Super Final. Dries majors in human biology at Stanford and is active with the Susan G. Komen
charitable foundation.
