Career Highlights: Following a victory over Aaron Sieracki at the Olympic trials, Provisor’s future appears bright for USA Wrestling. With 82 family members and friends cheering him on at the trials, Provisor earned an Olympic spot and will be one of the youngest athletes for all of Team USA in London - he turns 22 a month before the Games begin. Provisor attended Stevens Point (Wis.) Area High School and Northern Michigan University and was coached at both places by Dennis Hall, a 1996 Olympic silver medalist and 10-time U.S. national champion. Provisor was a part of the U.S. Olympic Education Center at Northern Michigan. In 2011, he won the U.S. Open and narrowly missed becoming a part of the national team at the 2011 world championships, finishing second at the trials. Provisor also finished second at the Pan American Games last October. He won the 2009 junior Pan American championship and the next day claimed the junior freestyle championship. Provisor was his age group champion at the 2006 cadet national championships. He has two sisters and enjoys fishing and golfing in his spare time. He resides in Colorado Springs, Colo., at the U.S. Olympic Training Center.
