Career Highlights: Smith-Puzo returned to the U.S. national team in December following the birth of her second child in August. One of the most veteran members of this squad, Smith-Puzo, who was named to the national team in 2001, helped lead the U.S. to a second-place finish at the 2003 Pan American Games and to an eighth-place finish at the 2008 Olympics in Beijing. After the games, she took time off for the birth of her first son in 2010. Smith-Puzo, a member of the second-place U.S. squads at both the 2003 and 2007 Pan Am Games, was a three-time All-American at Maryland and notched her 150th cap in the Four Nations Tournament in Argentina last year.
