Career Highlights: Rulon returns to Team USA for her second Olympic appearance after not participating in Beijing four years ago. She redshirted
one season at UCLA to play in the 2004 Games, where she totaled four goals, including a game-winner for the Americans that
captured a bronze medal. Rulon has been back with the national team since 2009. She was a dominant attacker during her college
years with the Bruins, winning four national championships and garnering NCAA MVP honors as a junior in 2006, when she tallied
59 goals on 101 shot attempts. Rulon left to play professionally in Europe after graduating from UCLA. Her finest season abroad
was probably 2008, when she was named Foreign Player of the Season while playing for Dravolina Nervi. Rulon scored six goals
to help the U.S. clinch its Olympic berth at the 2011 Pan American Games, and scored four at the 2012 FINA World League Super
Final.
