Career Highlights: Crandall is in her 10th season with the U.S. national team after debuting during her sophomore season at Wake Forest. Since
winning an NCAA title in 2004 with the Demon Deacons, her career has enjoyed a steady rise. Most recently, she was captain
for the U.S. at the 2011 Pan American Games, helping her team win gold with an upset of Argentina and earn an automatic qualifier
for the London Olympics. In January of this year, she scored her 150th international cap. Crandall will be making her second
Olympics appearance after leading the U.S. to an eighth-place finish in Beijing in 2008. In 2009, the U.S. finished second
at the Pan Am Games. Crandall took up field hockey at the age of 13, and scored her first international goal versus New Zealand
in 2005.
