Career Highlights: Dell will be making her Olympic debut this summer, teaming with Megan Kalmoe, Kara Kohler and Adrienne Martelli in the quadruple
sculls. Dell, Kalmoe and Martelli took the silver medal at last year’s world championships, with Kohler added to the team
after winning gold in the fours at the 2011 worlds. Dell started rowing in 2004 at Penn State, helping the club program go
undefeated in '06. She later graduated from Boston University with a master’s in public health, and soon after was invited
to train at the USRowing center in 2010. That year she took fifth at the worlds in quadruple sculls. Dell is a health researcher
at the Department of Veteran’s Affairs.
