Japanese Rice

Ingredients:
* 2 cups short grain rice
* 2 1/3 cups of water
Preparing Japenese Rice :
1. Wash rice throughly
2. Let rice soak in water for 30 minutes or until rice turns white
3. Strain rice
4. Put rice into pot - add 2 1/3 cups of water and cover
5. Cook on low heat for 8 minutes (or until you see a lot of steam)
6. Do not remove lid - after you see steam, turn up to medium heat
7. Rice will now begin to boil
8. Let boil for 5 minutes until water evaporates 9. Turn off heat - DO NOT REMOVE lid
10. Let stand for 15 minutes - remove lid and enjoy!
