Chris Murray, 21, qualified for the Sydney Olympics in the 50- and 100-meter freestyle events. A senior at the University of Georgia, he broke the Bahamanian national record in the 100m free (short course) at the Georgia Invitational in December 2000 and earned honorable mention honorable mention All-America accolades as the leadoff in Georgia's 200m and 400m freestyle relay at the 2000 NCAA Championships.
