SYDNEY, Sept 26 (AFP) - Germany's Ronny Weller set a new world record for the snatch in the Olympic men's weightlifting 105kg and over category final here Tuesday.

Weller lifted 210kg, beating the previous best of 207.5kg set just moments earlier by Ashot Danielyan.
