From my Great Russell Street news vendor to your screen, Tuesday’s selection of British newsprint …
The tabs had to reach in order to milk one more cover out of Usain Bolt, with the Mirror spicing up one of his late-night Instagrams (with the Swedish handball team!), and the Sun Photoshopping him in a Man U jersey:

The souvenir Times played up Team Great Britain’s first show-jumping gold since 1952 …

… while the regular Times and Independent led with general British legacy stories. It was kind of a slow day.

The Guardian actually put two non-Olympic, national stories on its front (albeit below the fold), while recycling cycling for the special-section cover:
