I don't recommend Legends 98 to anyone except for those who simply must own every football game ever made. Even with patches, this game will still have a long way to go before it can compete. The ads make it sound incredible, and the list of game features is certainly impressive; however, none of them come together and what's left is just a mess. OGR's Legends 98 Review Continued...
