BAGSHOT, England (AP) -- Jonah Lomu, whose sparkling return to form has prompted a bidding war for his services, says he will delay a decision about his future until after the World Cup.

Lomu, 24, has scored six tries in four games at the World Cup, setting a new World Cup record of 13 touchdowns. He was player of the tournament at the 1995 tournament in South Africa.

His contract with the New Zealand Union is up at the end of the World Cup and he's being courted by English rugby league clubs Leeds Rhinos and Worcester, as well as New Zealand's Auckland Warriors.

"There are a lot of rumors going around, but I won't be sure of what I want to do until after the World Cup," Lomu said on Thursday.

"I have left everything to my management because I've got a job to do here and I don't want my mind to be taken away from it," he added.

The 6-foot-5 (1.96 meter), 260-pound (118 kilogram) winger's career was believed to be in jeopardy after he contracted a rare kidney complaint, but he has returned in style as one of the outstanding players at the World Cup.
