Sharks bite ACT Brumbies 21-16

PORT ELIZABETH, South Africa (AP) -- The Coastal Sharks came from behind to beat Australia's ACT Brumbies on Friday at Telkom Park, with two tries in the Super 12 rugby match.

After trailing 13-8 at halftime, the Sharks came back strongly in the second half and gained four points for a 21-16 win.

Scoring:

  • Sharks -- Tries: Stefan Terblanche and Joe Gillingham; Penalties: Henry Honiball (3); Conversions: Honiball

  • ACT -- Penalties: Stirling Mortlock (3); Conversions: Mortlock.
