LONDON (Reuters) -- Australia coach Rod Macqueen on Wednesday made one change to his team for Saturday's one-off test with England at Twickenham, bringing in flanker Jim Williams for Matt Cockbain.

Macqueen, whose team beat Scotland 30-9 at Murrayfield last Saturday, also named 21-year-old flanker Phil Waugh in his 22-man squad for the first time.

The Australians opted for an extra forward on the bench to replace flyhalf Elton Flatley who fractured his wrist against Scotland.

"We have chosen Phil in the squad because we believe he could give us some useful options late in the game," Macqueen said.

"Jim Williams has been one of our most powerful runners all year and could give us some early attacking opportunities."

Australia: 15-Chris Latham; 14-Matt Burke, 13-Daniel Herbert, 12-Stirling Mortlock, 11-Joe Roff; 10-Rod Kafer, 9-Sam Cordingley; 8-Toufai Kefu, 7-George Smith, 6-Jim Williams, 5-John Eales (captain), 4-David Giffin, 3-Fletcher Dyson, 2-Michael Foley, 1-Bill Young.

Replacements: 16-Jeremy Paul, 17-Glenn Panoho, 18-Mark Connors, 19-Phil Waugh, 20-Matt Cockbain, 21-Chris Whitaker, 22-Nathan Grey.
