PARIS (Reuters) - French back row forward Francis N'tamack is set to return to action in a club match this week after being sidelined for six weeks through injury.

N'tamack suffered an ankle injury playing for Colomiers against Gloucester in a European Cup match and missed France's November internationals against Australia and New Zealand.

He will make his return for Colomiers either against Toulouse on Tuesday night or against Montferrand on Sunday, he told sports daily L'Equipe.

N'tamack had been expected to start a test for the first time against Australia on November 4 and now faces a battle with Christophe Juillet for a place ion the French team for next year's Six Nations tournament.
