Conley, a senior forward at Babson College, has 19 goals and six assists and leads the nation with 44 points for the season. In a 5-1 victory over Smith on Oct. 1, she scored two goals for the Beavers (11-3) and had an assist, which put her in a tie for the school's alltime assist lead with 28.

Leon, a senior wing back and cornerback at Griffin High, scored five first-half touchdowns for the second time this season in a 54-20 win over Stockbridge. In all he had 303 yards on nine carries. So far this year he has scored 18 touchdowns and rushed for 1,200 yards for the 6-1 Bears.

Elena Drinka

Drinka, a junior middle blocker at New York University, was voted player of the week by the American Volleyball Coaches Association. She had 13 blocks with 22 kills in a 3-2 win over Cortland State; the previous day she had hit .600 with 10 kills against Nazareth. Drinka leads the 15-2 Violets with 382.5 points for the season.

Ashley, a senior goaltender at Ashland High, earned her 30th career shutout when the Hornets blanked their sixth straight opponent, beating Katahdin 1-0. She has an 0.87 goals-per-game career average, and has been a starter in soccer, basketball and softball throughout high school, not missing a game in any sport.

Brigham, a 14-year-old homeschooled freshman, bowled back-to-back 300 games in his third competition with the Crown Lanes Junior Scratch Masters League in Tampa on Sept. 17. He is believed to be the first junior bowler in Tampa Association history to roll consecutive perfect games.

Eric, a senior forward at St. Pius X High, tied two state records by scoring five goals in the first half and accumulating a total of 14 points in the Warriors' opening-round victory at the Marshall Invitational. He has 31 goals and six assists, and his 93 career goals is a school record.
