How far will Quinn fall?
Will Brady Quinn be this year's Aaron Rodgers?
I wouldn't be shocked if a team in the top eight picked Quinn and traded him. I think teams are wary of letting potential franchise quarterbacks fail and having to pay huge money at positions they don't necessarily want to invest in.
The teams in the middle part of the top 10 don't seem interested in the Notre Dame star. The Redskins want to move down and get multiple first-day picks for their No. 6 selection.
The Vikings make sense and they may very well take Quinn, since they need a QB. But we've heard a lot of buzz that they don't want to go in that direction. The Falcons, for better or worse, have Michael Vick. That leaves the Dolphins, who would likely jump on Quinn if he's there.
Quinn seems in good spirits. If I were him, I'd be thrilled that the Raiders, Lions and Browns didn't take me, because those teams aren't winning this year. He would be very popular in South Beach if he falls to No. 9.
Quinn will be this year's Matt Leinart. Leinart dropped from a a top 3 pick to No. 9 and then played well in Arizona. Quinn, with similar numbers and skills, will do the same.
any team that thinks they can win big with out a true quarterback need no more then to peer 3 months into the past at the great Rex Grossmnan, who singlehandly decided the outcome. The browns will not win with Frye and Kitna is nothing more then a journey man. NFL execs always outsmart themselves to the point of stupidty. ugghhh
The Falcons are not going to take Quinn. We heard all this talk of the Dolphins trying to get Trent Green, and we know how desperate they are to get a QB. Miami is definitely going to take Quinn to help fill their QB need.
everyone from 11-16 and on doesn't have a need for a quarterback.. disappointing for quinn, but this way if he goes late he gets the opportunity to play with a great team.
As I sit and watch the draft I cant get it out of my mind that Brady Quinn will be a bust. There is something about the guy that does not sit well with me.
The best move of the draft is Miami NOT taking Brady Quinn.
Brady Quinn has bust written all over him. The teams that have not taken him so far have been very smart.
am imagining things or is it possible that some lucky team with a middle first round pick will end up with a guy was a little arm strength away from being the top pick!! I hate the draft......................................... ( yet i keep watching dangit!)
Every team that has passed on Brady Quinn will pay for it because he will become an all time great QB. He is everything you want in a QB. I cant wait to see how good the team who gets Quinn will be in 3 years. And Russell is going to be a bigger bust than Ryan Leaf he has nothing but an arm.
What the hell is your problem? You hate Brady Quinn and yet you keep posting in a blog ABOUT HIM. Why don't you just worry about the Pats beating your Dolphins around the football field and stop worrying about how overrated Quinn is.
