The University of Missouri's hideous "updated" jerseys, both home and away, are atrocious; especially when they field the monochromatic black/black motif...ridiculous to pay homage to the "gangsta-rap" mentality with that crap...go back to the 1960's look--when Mizzou last had a program you could be proud!!! the nike revolution jerseys are pretty bad. miami, vt, florida were some teams to wear it. those were very ugly

All of Virginia Tech's uniforms are horrendous.
I would have to stick in the Cal uniforms that are yellow. And going to school at Utah, the unis are pretty ugly.

Please excuse me while I recover from the ghastly sight I just witnessed. THOSE OREGON STATE UNIFORMS ARE U-G-L-Y WITH NO ALIBI!! I don't know who at Nike thought that they were okay, but they need to go back to the drawing board with that one. The same can be said about my beloved Miami Hurricanes. I never liked it when they decided to change and they need to go back to their classic look.
Also, your list tends to show schools who have contracts with Nike so I think they really need to do something with whomever is running that department instead of experimenting ideas with these schools. These are colleges and NOT some science project. I'm glad someone finally recognized Delaware's uniforms as being horrendous. If they're going to blatantly rip-off Michigan, the least they could do is copy it exactly or at least try to improve (which is impossible, but still worth trying--that's what Michigan did when it took Princeton's helmet design and ditched the orange/black motif). They took a great uniform and cheapened it with the royal blue, rounded numbers and shiny helmets.
You have to remember, Oregon has about 12 different uniforms. Some of them are actually pretty nice. And yes...some of them aren't. I like the white ones myself.
Any Oregonian in their right mind would ever criticize the look of OU and OSU uniforms that are usually hideous at best, lest Phil Nike will pick up his money and go home to Beaverton
I am a Clemson alumni and I concur with the comment about Nike. Nike makes everyone's uniforms worse. Ours were so much nicer before Nike ruined them in 2005. Other than that, the ND green is wicked and there were plenty of teams that should be on here such as Maryland, Illinois, and Oklahoma.

I am just a little confused as to why Notre Dame is on this list. There are many other schools with worse color schemes and uniforms in general. I do realize the uniforms are bland, but by no means are they in the top 10 ugliest in college football.
I think the Florida throwbacks from last year were the ugliest uniforms ever to be worn by a team, with the Miami throwbacks coming in a close second
Nothing says wierd like Texas Longhorns' all-white visitor unis. The logo? Cool. The George Lucas Storm Trooper-inspired white get-up? Creepy. Especially the see-through ultra tight spandex pants that the 'horns have favored for the past 3 years. Hmmmm.

I just looked at the uniforms and they're not that bad except from the shoulder on down. If anything, they SERIOUSLY need to do something with their Civil War counterparts (Oregon) because their unis have been THE laughingstock of college football for the past few years and apperently no one within their alumni base hasn't vented to Nike about it.
Nike needs to stop trying to be so d--- creative with these uniforms and just stick to something that will be pleasing to one's eyes. Is it me or someone at Nike should be living out of a dumpster by now? Are these athletic departments taking bribes?

Oregon's lightning uniforms: atrocious. Those ridiculous "metal plates" on the shoulder pads are downright hideous. But wait, it gets even worse. The yellow helmets they revealed in the Las Vegas Bowl justified their beatdown by BYU.
I looked at the link to the Oregon State uniforms. One question, why are all of the football player's wearing bras and why are they on the outside of the uniform? Also, has anyone ever seen a USU uniform? UGLY!!!

WORST UNIS
Most Monochrome unis are pretty lame. The helmets with the names of the teams are pretty lame also, I'll take plain helmets, or some type of logo, before I take "EAGLES" spelled out in all caps on a helmet!!! RE: NEW COLORADO (NIKE) UNIS This is a lateral move at best. I like the use of silver, gold & white for the trim on the #’s, but this is a mixed up color carnival for the solely for the sake of using the all four colors. This is a RE-RUN NIKE STYLE used for the nmost part at other schools by NIKE. In the mid 1990’s the Buffs had awesome FB jerseys using all of these colors, but the trim was sensible and sharp, with good use of stripes on the sleeves. They also wore a Gold jersey for one game, and it is perhaps the coolest college FB jersey I have ever seen - despite the fact that the “Gold” is VEGAS GOLD - that ghastly color that is nothing more than a hip description of the true color of watered down cat p.ss!!!. They slap file photos up there as if their reasons for selecting them were self-evident. Some commentary with the photos would make it appear that they actually put some thought into it. It looks at the moment like they just randomly picked teams.

Personally I think UCLA's uni's are terrible atleast out of all the major programs. Your Delaware's and Louisiana Tech's will always be in the running for worst uni.
I can't believe Boise State didn't make the list over some of the less color-challenged uniforms on this list like Notre Dame, Rhode Island, or Air Force. Are we all so ga-ga for last year's Fiesta Bowl that we have chosen to overlook the hideous blue & orange combo with the ugliest logo in Div. 1?
How can you possibly put Air Force on this list? They're classy not flashy or mundane. They were also the inspiration for the best uniforms in the NFL, the Chargers. What's your idea of a good uniform? Where are the completely boring uniforms of Penn State, Army and Navy?

Aside from the hideous yellow uniforms, the rest of the Oregon options are pretty sharp, and the helmets just rock! They're probably the best looking in college football. personally i look forward to seeing what new uniform Oregon is going to unveil every year. i think more teams should follow their lead and dare to do something different
The Duck's uniforms are awesome. There are a few combinations that just don't work, but overall they rock! Whether you like them or not, the players and recruits love them...and that is all that matters! OSU...those are aweful!
I don't see how Delaware makes the list but not Michigan. The helmet device actually existed before the Wolverines picked it up. When the only change is a slightly lighter shade of blue and a different font for the numbers, what makes them ugly but UMich classy. Secondly, why does 'Cuse make the list and not 'Bama? What's the difference there? The color? Now comes the part where Bama fans step in to rail about "tradition."
UCLA is without a doubt the owner of the least intimidating colors...throw in some pink maybe? Yeah, baby....groovy.
Michigan's unis, despite the opinions of the suckers-up out there, are downright bad. The helmet design was ripped from old Princeton and holds no meaning to the state of MI or to the animal called the Wolverine. Best logos: Oklahoma (the real OU, not the Nike boys from OR) and Virginia (how cool is that V with the crossed sabres!). With colors like Orange and Black, I think the Beavs do just fine with what they have to work with. I like the new uniforms and think you are stretching for something to complain about when you say it looks like a sports bra, who wears their bra around their neck anyway? lol The orange is a nice color of orange, unlike that yellow the Ducks use, and the pin-striping brings all the colors into play. I think the list above is pretty accurate. Of course, as a loyal Beaver fan, of course I don't disagree with the Ducks being atop the list! *wink

notre dame and clemsons arent bad, but i hate the Vt uniforms, and the oregon state unis are the ugliest that ive ever seen. Oregons arent that bad. only about 2 or 3 of their 12 uniform combos look horrible
I like Notre Dame because they do have tradition. Green goes with the Irish. It wouldn't work with any other variation of green. The rest of the uniforms , I think are "unique". Not really ugly.

I have honestly always liked the unique color combination that VT has of maroon and orange and I don't understand how people can say they don't go well together.
The one orange sleeve uniform and the trend it started was hideous though. The current uniforms VT has are simple which is the key to a great uniform and exactly why the Navy, Penn State, and Notre Dame (blue) uniforms are so nice. I would like to see what would be considered the best uniforms here. Maybe I'm partial, but LSU's are slick...except the few times they have tried white helmets and purple pants. Those were mistakes.
Oregon's green and black uniforms are so ugly, they make Cal's banana costumes look stylish by comparison. Penn State's uniforms are as boring and plain as their style of play. Poor Virgina Tech has much more on its mind than uniforms now, but the Hokies' is really ugly, too. Syracuse's former uniforms were better than their current ones, one of many bad decisions by AD Darryl Gross. Florida's helmet and those throwback jerseys look like a crayola box spill, but at least the team's play makes up for it. And Missouri's uniforms are better suited to a State Penitentiary League. It made me wonder if players are ever embarrassed to dress up in the hideous uniforms their colleges have, especially if they came from high schools with taste.

Yeah, the OSU unis are abominable, but UofO takes the cake when it comes to bad uniforms. Looks like they came out our machine shop. I'm sorry someone reminded me of the helmets unveiled last year at the LV bowl. Almost made me ashamed to say I live in Oregon. At least BYU took it to the Ducks on the field.

As a Boise State fan for 20 years, I'm begging of you to put us somewhere on that list. It's not so much that the colors are ugly...they are. But did we have to go with neon orange? In spite of that, when 35,000 of us took that same shade of orange down to Glendale, that was a beautiful sight. Everything else is spot on: Any team with powder blue uniforms (URI, UCLA) should be a lock, Nike needs to pull their collective heads out and come up with some sense of fashion decency, and any team whose colors resemble an unflushed toilet (nobody in particular) is beyond all help.

You got the top 5 right, but 6-10 are up for debate. It seems a lot of "traditional" schools think 1975 was the last year for college football uniforms. Penn St. and Alabama are two that need to join the 21st century. Maybe start out with an "alternate" new look so your 90 year old good ol' boys can keep their old school unis just in case. Oregon St's man-bro look is terrible. I think 1985-1995 was about the best jersey's we saw...now they look like jerseys that a NFLE-Cirque Du Soleil expansion team created. I'm not sure why Wyoming is on this list? Don't you have to "be" a college football team first?
i strongly dissagre with theat terrible top ten....oregon should be applauded for striding to be different. nowadays every college has the same jerseys-different colors which is sooo lame. plus you gotta give props to notre dame for going with the traditional classy look. everything about that program including the jerseys is very classy.

C'mon people. As an Oregon State student, I must say that OREGON's black and green unis arent THAT bad. The metal on the shoulders rocks. They are cutting edge. My guess is that in 10 years we'll see more unis like them.

As a Duck fan I can honestly say that I, too, think the unis are very ugly. Unfortunately for us the recruits seem to think they are super cool and like that they change every year and that the players have input with the design. So, be prepared for more ugly and new jerseys in the future. Thanks Nike!

Why isn't Oregon numbers 1 through 10? They have enough combinations to cover every spot. And each one is more hideous than the ones you chose.
First of all, Oregon is UO, not OU(that's Oklahoma). Secondly, the Ducks' jerseys are gorgeous. If you look around the country, everyone is wearing pretty much the same thing. Oregon's huge deal with Nike(Phill Knight is an alum) has put them to the forefront of uniform technology and style. Take notes, everyone else will be following our lead soon.

This is list is atrocious. 6-10 are all sweet, and Wyoming's uni's are great. Buffalo may have the worst uniforms in history. At least the helmets are. Looks like a Viking helmet got sat on by a fat lady.

I think Penn State doesn't make this list, and for good reason.
All the jerseys on the list, were designed with the intent of looking good and looking flashy, and be stylish... and have all failed miserable. Penn State's uniform has no design elements to it. The idea was the team was not here to be the best dressed... it was here to play football. A flashy uniform isn't going to win football games; You want to look good? Do it with you play. And its for those same reasons, many college football experts will agree the uniform is ugly for it's plainess, but it none the less is one of their favorites and one of the best in college football. -Garrett How about Nebraska's white unis - complete with the 'N' on the helmet (stands for nawledge).
I really only think that you can make the best argument for the Oregon Ducks uniforms, others are questionable.

Utah? Delaware? Rhode Island? What's wrong with those? Someone mentioned Penn State as one of the best - you must check your eyesight - those are lowgrade intramural uniforms. Nothing special about them except they're old. Two things: #1 The new Oregon State unis are more ugly that Oregon.
#2 Where do you get USAF is an ugly uniform. Very sharp looking. I evben thought the URI ones were pretty nice. I only agree with about 5 of your top ten. BONUS: Any of those Nike team unis should be there before Air Force. The Wyoming jersey pictured is a return to the uniform the team wore for years. About 8 years ago a new school president "changed" the colors to brown jerseys and "prarie gold" pants which looked like a light brown or cream color. On T.V. the players looked like they had no pants on!!! The return of these jerseys is definately an improvement.
Phil Knight needs to lay off the drugs when he "donates" uniforms to Oregon schools. Wyoming Alumni Your right on for the most part, but the Notre Dame Green to me is one of the best. I'm a TN Vols fan, but I really like the ND green and wish they wore it more!

ND green is still somewhat traditional. I actually think the Florida Gators uniform is pretty lame. I think the orange is a curse. I don't mind Delaware trying something so odd. at least they are using an original numerical font style. Of course, Oregon is in bed with Nike bigtime, so the cutting edge thing is what they go for, and apparently, many recruits like it. but it's still a fitting #1 worst. re: Old Gold....
Purdue was using a true old gold up until after 1994, when they went to the vegas gold that people know from the NFL's Saints. It may have been ugly, but the mustardish look was very original and felt like old time college football. anyone who enjoys the history of helmets should try looking up "the Helmet Project" on google. What is wrong with Clemson's orange and white uniform? Air Force's classic blue and white? Utah's red and white? Apparently I'm missing something.
The Oregon State uniforms that I just saw are horrendous, and what is that lady on the left doing modeling for them? Virginia Tech has some pretty terrible uniforms. Texas' uniform actually caused me to vomit one hungover morning. What about Florida, Boise State, Indiana, Mississippi State, Minnesota, and Arizona State? Those look like they let a local special ed student design them. (No offense meant to any special ed students as I'm sure most of you could do much better given the opportunity) I think Oregon has to win for bad uniforms. Blech! I love Oregon--am from Oregon. Oregon has a few uni combinations that are decent looking...minus the numbers of course. I think Miami and Florida's Nike Revolution sleeves were ok as well. They didn't do so well for most other. But...There is nothing you can do to Florida's unis to make them anymore appealing to a colorblind dog. Purple and orange don't mix....I've got 2 toodlers to back me up on that one. Wyoming has a football team? I guess you learn something new everyday. And how dare you leave out Boise State! It might be a better idea to dress them up as Mr. Potatohead. What's with these performance fabrics? They show a lot more sweat stains than the older unis and make the players look sloppy. All the new uniforms with performance fabrics from Nike are ugly.

The striking blue and gold uniforms are probably the classiest and most elegant anywhere in football; they practically define college football uniforms; and the rarely-worn green jerseys are a great tradition, because they only bring them out rarely, for special games. There are a lot of great uniforms out there, but Notre Dame's has to be considered clasic. Must be a Notre Dame hater writing that list.
One of my favorite moments from last year was when Cal countered Oregon's horrendous unis with some bright yellow ones of their own. I was at that game - my lil bro goes are those Cal's jerseys? I said "oh i'm sure those are practice jerseys" but sure enough those were the game time unis and the bright yellow confusion turned into a big Cal blowout. Oregon's season nose-dived from there.
I certainly hope that the Virginia Tech colors aren't as horrible as you say they are; half of my wardrobe is maroon and orange! I may be biased but I think the Hokies' all maroon uniforms look great.
Hey they may be ugly but they have brought Oregon more exposure than anything before or since Joey Harringtons billboards. If they did not have ugly unis they would be getting no airtime at the slowest time of the year. There is no bad publicity.
I am an Oregon Alum and agree with a previous poster. I would like to go back to the unis that they used when Joey was there. I also agree that the green helmet is very trick.

Notre Dame's green jerseys arent ugly at all, who ever made the list is obviously biasted because they kelly green ND jerseys were by far uglier than the forest/dark green ones. Im not an ND fan, but the people berating them for using the gold on their helmets are forgetting the tradition associated with ND. The "gold dust" used on the helmets is actually gold chips that have been left over from the refurbishment of the famed Golden Dome each time. You don't get any more traditional than that.

Well the list is some what a little of the mark, for example Utah does not have one of the ten ugliest uniforms in college football, nor Notre Dame for that matter. What about San Diego State's, or UTEP's, Boise State's, USC's Away Uniform, Ole Miss's Red Jersey, and well that new OSU Beaver's uniforms are horrible!! Their that bad!
The problem with Utah's uniform (I'm an alum) is twofold. First, the red on the helmet doesn't match the red of the rest of the uniform. If anything, they clash. Pick one or the other Utah. The second problem is that, yes, red and white is a great color scheme, but the way in which they are combined on the Utah uniforms is a disaster. The bib and the stripes and the black accent are a mess. It's too busy and it lacks cohesiveness. BYU was doing the same type of thing a few years ago with blue, white and tan. They've since abandoned them in favor of a more traditional uniform which is heads above Utah.
did someone actually suggest that UT's white unis were ugly? I'm a sooner fan, and think they're really classy. The orange ones have a little too much upchuck-color to deal with, but the white ones, as much as I hate Texas, are great.
And I also saw someone mention OU. What? That's like criticizing Alabama's unis, or USC's. When you've done the same thing for decades, and the colors are solid (Crimson, Garnet and Gold, etc), how can it be knocked? Not even close. Florida is ugliest. Any helmet with cursive writing is horrific, and Gators' leads that pack. Oregon unis are bad, but not worst because everyone knows they're just designed and worn as a joke. The Florida throwbacks with the block "F" weren't bad. Whoever made that change?
Florida's uniforms aren't that bad. Most of you are jealous because Florida rules sports right now. Oregon has the worst uniforms bar none. Nobody is even close. Miami's aren't too bad when they wear the orange but the green is terrible. Missouri's are really neat if you see them live. I don't like Hawaii's black uniforms that much either.
I would have to agree with Oregon. Some of their jerseys are horrible, but then again the all black and the white ones are not that bad. Notre Dame's green ones should not be on the list, and I'd have to say that those new OSU jerseys are the worst looking things ever.

Miami and UF in particular. Someone mentioned the FSU all black uniforms. Although as a UF fan I'm supposed to hate FSU through and through I couldn't help be almost intimidated by that uniform. I'm an Oregon State fan and our new jerseys are disgraceful. When your team is already named the beavers its probably not a good idea to add a bra to the equation. I think Phil Knight twisted his evil mustache on these. He must be tired of losing in Corvallis.
Get a grip. Football uniforms are ALL ugly. But I think for really down-dirty ugly you have to look at women's volleyball uniforms. Nasty.
I spoke with many OSU players at their Spring game. There is one reason that we see this trend with Florida, Miami, Va Tech, Oregon, OSU, etc.....the kids love them and Nike markets them to the youth, not the boosters. Us "Old" fans tend to be more traditional.

I am shocked no one mentioned how horrible Rutger's uniforms are. That R on the helmet is just horrible. They are just so bland. Another horrible uniform has to Kansas St.
If you want boring, standard uniforms watch the NFL. I give colleges credit for trying new technologies and different looks. you may like the Browns or 48ers, but I like OSU's new uniforms and the new nike uniforms.

Those Oregon State uniforms are sure nasty. Many Ohio State fans were unhappy when Nike took the gray off of the jersey, but now I feel that we were spared. Still, nothing is more disgusting than Oregon's outfits.
This was a poor effort by SI. While subjective of course, none of the claimed top 10 are really that bad. And Oregon uses their unis as a recruiting tactic with their Nike partnership. Dig deeper SI. That was terrible.
delaware's uniforms are not an attempt to rip off michigan. delaware's long time hall of fame coach tubby raymond (300 wins) was a michigan alum. its a tribute to michigan that is a long standing delaware tradition.
Oregon's are hands down the worst in the nation. The only thing worse than their yellows is their green and blacks with the fake diamond plate print. Rhoade Island has a great helmet, but terrible jerseys and pants. Illinois has the ugliest unis in the Big 10. The Nike mismatch arm color unis are terrible. If it weren't for Oregon, ASU would have the worst threads in the Pac 10. The new Cuse unis are even more pathetic than the team. Air Force looks like an arean league team. I could go on all day.

And as for the poster that said Michigan stole their helmet design from Princeton. You should do your research. That helmet designed was introduced by Spalding and many teams at that time used that design. Michigan kept it after being introduced to it by Crisler who used it one year at Princeton. No one owned it then but Big Blue owns it now. Penn State, hands down. The worst uniforms in football for the last 40 years.
I think the Univ. of Oregon uniforms match perfectly. The tire tread patterns over the shoulders are perfect examples of how they are always being run over by the other PAC-10 teams.

The coolest unis are the ones that are classic - Penn St., Michigan, Alabama. Those are tough no-nonsense looks. Go back to the boutique you sissy. They didn't wear each set but once or twice, but FSU has had some hideous ones -- all black for one game and all "gold" which looked more like each player had been dipped in a vat of French's mustard. Most school's standard unis aren't bad -- it's the "special" ones that are, well, special. As a Clemson alum who hates any combo with the purple in it -- I can talk!
As a die-hard Penn State fan and alum, I am incensed that Penn State did not make your top 10 worst uniforms. :-) We revel in our beautiful, boring blue and white workmen duds and black shoes. And we don't need no stinkin' numbers either.

The only reason we have people complaining about Oregons Uniforms is because their university doesn't have Phil Knight on staff. I won't disagree that some of the combinations are pretty bad but for the most part our unis are sweet.

Then you have those bleached blue uniforms from UNC. How the hell did these teams miss the top 10 ugliest??? I'm a proud Duck alum, and I have to say that the uni's are overkill. However, I think the all white with Green helmets is downright beautiful to behold. I also kind of like the black. That being said, the players helped design them, and the incoming students absolutely love them (even Lebron James has been spotted, sporting the lightning yellow jersey). I guess if it attracts better players, than so be it.

It is the colors of fall in the mountains of southwest Virginia where the Hokies play! There old uni colors were grey and black (a cadet school)! Now THOSE would have been ugly! I might be one of the few but Wyoming's uniform is not too bad. It isn't the same red, blue or orange that most uniforms are. Plus it has more meaning than something like those terrible new Nike uniforms that are popping up everywhere.

They are the fall colors (leaves on the trees) in Southwest Virginia where the Hokies play! Go to a football game in B'burg during the month of October and you will be surrounded by maroon and orange as you drive to the stadium! Lee Corso had it right: "God is a Hokie!" The Utah uniform's are the same pattern used by at least 10 other schools. Off the top of my head:
Cal West Virginia Miami I really don't think the new OSU uniforms are that bad they have a newer look to them thatI'm going to stop and look at when I see it at a Football merchandise store.

Maybe the reason the Utes are on there is because their helmets, jerseys and pants are three different shades of red. Other than that, they are better than what they used to be.

For anyone who has seen MAC football, they have some of the nastiest looking uniforms in the country. Kent State's gold and Bowling Green's orange unis get my vote for the ugliest unis. If you're looking for a state that has the worst unis in the nation, go to Oregon. I don't know what the state was thinking to let Nike design the ugliest unis in the world.
really? Utah? Okay, this last years have been bad, but the Urban Meyer years they looked bad ass. the Red with Black stripe was great and the dark red "mistake" helmut actually looked cool. The new ones... bad, but not top 10 ugly.
As a 2nd generation Gator and Alum, I'm discusted with our unis. It was changed to that horrible 70s logo when I was a freshman in 78 and has not changed since! YUCK! We should make the helmet orange gator skin - run that pattern over the shoulders and up the outer leg and them put the new logo simply on the pant. Very simple and powerful. C'mon. Let's get with the times and Go Gators!

GO Utes! The new Oregon State uni,s are dreadful. I like the Notre Dame green jerseys. Especially the shade this past season. I don't think Utah, or Air Force is that bad. They could make them a little less busy. VT and Florida are terrible. Why would Delaware copy the ugly Michigan helmet. The gold wing is simply a simulation of the pattern used to construct the leather helmets back in the day. Some traditions should never have been started.

How could you put Utah's uniforms on there?? The colors are perfect on the jersey! Red, White, and Black combined look awesome. They might not be one of the best, but they are definantly not in the bad 10! They also have the best looking helmet in college football hands down. But Utah's best looking jersey was in 2004 "Fiesta Bowl Year", the away jersey with the white, black stripes, and red numbers. Just for the record, I have Eric Weddle's away jersey from last year "His actual game jersey" beat that people!

The green Notre Dame jerseys are great - real classics. And I think I am the only one who liked Oregon's space age helmet in their bowl game.

Who ever decided on this list is a USC, Michigan, or Michigan State fan or either just has a strong disliking for Notre Dame. Thats a joke. Comaparing them with these other schools discredits this whole top ten and the person who wrote it. Notre Dame has the most recognized uniforms in football and the most talked about and I have never heard anybody before call them ugly. Every one recognizes the Notre Dame uniform and it is one of the most bought jerseys in all of sports especially the green. and Oregon's uniforms might be ugly, but they owe Joey Harrington, Nike and their "hideous" uniforms and billoard in time square for the recognition they have enjoyed for the last ten years. Those uniforms brought them recruits and TV exposure. Give me a break. We know what this guy is watching when he watches football.

I didn't think a uniform could get any worse than Oregon, until I saw the Halloween costumes Oregon State will be blinding us with this Fall. I blame the Denver Broncos for this fiasco of weird stripes and funky numbers. Besides the great teams of all the sports such as the Yankees, Celtics, Packers, Crimson Tide... have all had simple, but elegant designs that have stood the test of time.
