Ah, July. The fireworks are over and baseball season is in full swing. That means just one thing: College football season is just around the bend. Yeah, you've already restocked on body paint in your school colors, and your online stalking has yielded promising -- though ultimately fruitless -- results for the next Jenn Sterger. Most importantly, your favorite teams are readying themselves. Very soon, they'll enter summer training camps to dust off those playbooks and mull over key personnel decisions.

What are the most important stories you see emerging as the college season nears? We have our own worries -- such as Iowa State's linebacking corps and who can possibly replace Matt Leinart and Reggie Bush at USC. What are your top college football storylines for the new season?

Get your Tickets!

Oakland Arena
Will the North Carolina student section be as passionate now that anyone can get tickets, not just the die hards who wake up at the crack of dawn to get in?

Nothing says college quite like waking up at the crack of dawn and spending hours waiting in line to buy a ticket to the big game. But, as students at North Carolina are finding out, that's about to change. The administration at Chapel Hill has ended the practice of making students rise with the sun on Saturday to wait for a bracelet that allows them to purchase tickets. While this may help some students catch up on their sleep, it's also taking away one of the true "experiences" that comes with attending a college sports powerhouse. Furthermore, it may detract from the atmosphere at the Dean Dome as the die-hards who sacrificed sleep for tickets are replaced by those who figure it can't hurt to sign up for a lottery.

Today, we want to know about the ticket distribution system at your school. Is it fair? Are alumni hogging all the good seats? Would you prefer an online system similar to UNC's, or is the process of hanging out in line with your friends for hours a sweet part of the deal (think Krzyzewskiville)? What are your thoughts?
